Agreement to Terms

By accessing and using the services of EZ-Works Celina Tree Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please do not use our services. These terms apply to all visitors, customers, and others who access or use our tree service offerings.

Services Provided

EZ-Works Celina Tree Services provides professional tree care services including tree removal, trimming, pruning, stump grinding, emergency tree services, land clearing, tree health maintenance, arborist consulting, and shrub and hedge trimming. All services are performed by trained professionals using industry-standard equipment and safety protocols.

We reserve the right to refuse service in situations where we determine the work to be unsafe, impractical, or beyond the scope of our capabilities. You understand that tree work can be unpredictable and we will make every reasonable effort to complete work as estimated.

Estimates and Pricing

We provide free estimates for most services. All estimates are valid for 30 days from the date provided unless otherwise stated. Final pricing may vary from estimates if site conditions differ from what was observed during the initial assessment.

Payment is due upon completion of services unless other arrangements have been made in writing. We accept cash, check, and major credit cards. A deposit may be required for larger projects.

Property Access and Safety

By hiring our services, you grant us access to your property to perform the agreed-upon work. You are responsible for ensuring that all gates, doors, and access points are available during scheduled service times.

You agree to keep children, pets, and unauthorized persons away from work areas during our operations. We will take reasonable precautions to protect your property, but you acknowledge that tree work may result in minor damage to lawns, landscaping, or surfaces from equipment.

Permits and Regulations

You are responsible for obtaining any necessary permits required by local authorities before we begin work. We can advise you on permit requirements, but the responsibility for securing permits lies with the property owner. We reserve the right to delay or cancel work if required permits are not obtained.

Cancellations and Rescheduling

We understand that plans change. Please provide at least 24 hours notice if you need to cancel or reschedule your service. Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice may be subject to a cancellation fee. We will make every effort to accommodate rescheduling requests.

Liability and Insurance

EZ-Works Celina Tree Services is fully insured and carries liability insurance for all work performed. We will provide proof of insurance upon request. Our liability is limited to the cost of services provided.

We are not responsible for damage to underground utilities, septic systems, irrigation systems, or other hidden structures unless you have provided us with accurate location information prior to beginning work. You agree to contact utility locating services before we begin any excavation or grinding work.

Warranty and Guarantees

We stand behind our work and guarantee that all services will be performed in a professional and workmanlike manner. However, due to the nature of living trees and plants, we cannot guarantee specific outcomes related to tree health or survival.

Emergency Services

Emergency tree services are available for urgent situations such as fallen trees, storm damage, or hazardous conditions. Emergency services may be subject to premium pricing due to the immediate response required. We will discuss pricing before beginning emergency work whenever possible.

Dispute Resolution

If you have any concerns about our services, please contact us directly so we can address the issue. We are committed to resolving any disputes in a fair and timely manner. Any legal disputes will be resolved in the courts of Collin County, Texas.

Changes to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these Terms of Service at any time. Changes will be effective immediately upon posting to our website. Your continued use of our services after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the modified terms.
